Early-Career Author Workshop — Goldschmidt
Katherine Eve, (Publisher, Geophysics & Geochemistry Journals, Elsevier Ltd.) will give a workshop for early career (undergraduate, Masters, PhD students) researchers in authoring papers and publishing in scientific journals. This is a free seminar covering the publishing landscape generally, preparing a manuscript (from deciding whether a communication/full paper are most appropriate, to structuring the paper), the review process and publishing ethics, with time for questions at the end. Examples of the sort of material covered here.
