The online registration is now closed. If you are not already registered or if you need to modify your registration, you will be able to do so on-site. Our on-site Registration Desk* will be located in the Viger Hall, Palais des Congrès (201 Viger Ouest) and will be opened during the following hours:

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Conference Icebreaker

This activity is included with your Full Conference Registration fees.

This evening is an event devoted to networking.

The Conference Icebreaker will be held on Sunday, 24 June, from 18:00 to 20:00, in the Exhibit Hall, Palais des Congrès.

Conference Banquet

Join us for an exquisite 4-course gourmet dinner with wine. Set against the majestic Windsor Station, this evening blends culinary experience with fun, as circus performers and ice sculptor provide entertainment that will make for some of your best Conference memories.

This activity is NOT included with your registration fee and cost $100 per ticket.

The Conference Banquet will be held on Wednesday, 27June, from 19:30-23:00, at the Windsor Station.

Tickets can be purchased via the registration form.


INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA PURPOSES

If you require an invitation letter for your visa requirements, a link will be provided on your paid registration confirmation email for you to generate the letter. It is the registrant's responsibility to have the proper legal documents before entering Canada.
